hi - my 3GS goes from a screen that's super bright (with no change when adjusting the brightness settings) to a black screen with some faint visibility... might have been result of charging phone in Europe using bathroom 110 razor outlet... anyone know of a fix? or do you think getting a local screen repair is the call? thx! -- bwt

No, I own and run The UPS Store. I have replied to most of the e-mails. Didn't realize it would generate this much interest. I have no pictures but its in mint condition. Its is the late '07 model and is aluminum.

Make an alias TO the desktop and rename it Photo Booth. Delete the Photo Booth folder out of pictures, and put the alias in its place.
Do this. It will do exactly what you want. Trust me. This is how I used to do my iTunes library until they added the option in there. You seem to be confusing an alias with a Windows shortcut. They don't serve the same function.

Student15,
There are many brilliant people in this forum that would be glad to help you but one thing I have learned is that they will NOT do your work for you. They will though help you.
Why don't you list what you have done so far to try to accomplish what you are trying to do? If you have not started and don't know where to start learning, there is help for that too.
You would do best to learn how to use the search function for this forum. With searching I have found answers to all my questions.
Why don't you post your experiences so far with programming? Don't worry if you are just starting out. Searching will give you book titles, web sites (Apple developers site) and other sources of learning material.
Good luck.

I went to the Apple Store today and asked about the minis a bit ... they didn't have the new ones out on display, but they had one guy walking around wearing the blue, pink and green. The colors are dramatically different -- much more bold.
Both the new 4gig and the new 6gig look identical, same size, same everything. Both lines feature the bold colors and the improved battery life.
I have to say I was really shocked at the colors -- they were practically glowing neon. Really, phenomenally bright. This picture from iPodLounge illustrates the difference very well ... it is truly THIS bold.
sweet thats exactly what i was looking for. I did buy a blue one, but i don't want to open it incase i don't like the color, i wish the store next to me would put them on display. If anyone has green or pink, could they post photos?? I kinda like the neon colors.

I was wondering if someone can confirm this for me. On my iPad 2 if i'm browsing MR and someone posts a link to youtube. I press on the link... A new blank safari window opens up..then quickly the you tube app opens up and it loads the video/page. I can play the video fine... Now once I'm done watching the video and i go back into safari and I try to go back i can't. I get the window with all my open safari windows and it only show the top 10% and all of the windows don't load and I get a white screen. In which I then have to quit and restart...
Is this happening to anyone else or just me. I'm thinking its a software problem.

I don't think the differenct between 1 GHz and 800 MHz is going to be noticeable.
Why even make a 933 MHz???
Seem like a waste to me.
Anyway I would like to see a better video chip, heat issues resolved and maybe the crappy paint fixed.

Edit: problem solved! Changed the broadcast channel to 11 and flipped the 802.11 to n(5ghz)/n/b/g(2.4ghz) and things seem hunky dory
