GTA is better because it has a fairly strong story, interesting characters, more involved and varied missions, flying vehicles, and more humor.
Crackdown is better because it has a far superior engine and graphics, more freedom of movement, more intense action, great boss encounters, it's more "pick up and play," and you can throw cars at people.
It depends on what you're looking for.
Saying that CD is a rip off of GTA is just ignorance.

I think I just decided not to go the the ATT store at 5:00am and just go to work like I always do and get my wife to head down there at around 11:00am or later. Not really worried about getting the darn thing anymore. Too much hype now im burnt out.

I found this (http://www.drunkenblog.com/drunkenblog-archives/000369.html) on slashdot and it really changed my perspective about the Tiger leak situation.
As a fellow college student I feel sorry for him. What's scary is that after reading the article, I can almost imagine the same thing happening to me. It's amazing how little thought and effort it takes to commit a crime now days.

iMac all the way. The mac mini needs a desperate cpu update- still on core 2 duo. The iMac is awesome. I have the 21.5 inch 3.06 core 2 duo from Oct' 2009- it works excellent, never had an issue. You also get more for your money with the iMac than a mac mini or a macbook pro. An iMac should last you a good 5 years (at least).
If I were you I would wait a few weeks as the iMac will be updated by the end of this month/ early May- something to keep in mind so you don't end up with buyers remorse.

This doesn't work for the Verizon iPhone, right?
The 4.3.3 untether works on all devices that actually support 4.3.3 except for the iPad2:

$50 for an app that does nothing but give you access to a free webpage?
(And one that works just fine on the iPhone?)
Geez...
Someone in marketing wrote 50 and meant cents not dollars....
Edit: I checked. Using Wolfram Alpha WEBPAGE on my iPhone to integrate x^2 while standing in line at Subway - works just fine. No app required. - Just the darn network connection.

There definitely are some different ideaologies about program design in switching from Windows to Mac (or vise versa) but general concepts are pretty much identical. If you're like me and started out on DOS (and still comfortable using the keyboard to do almost everything) you'll find it difficult to get around in MacOSX because menus simply do not activate when you hit the Alt (or Cmd) key. But of course most people started with graphical OSes and use the mouse more than I do, so it's an easy switch for them.
Just a few things I would suggest to keep in mind:
1) Mac's do support multi-button mice, they just don't ship with them. In my experience it's helpful to get one, otherwise you have to become proficient using a combination of the mouse and the keyboard to show context menus on desktop icons.
2) The PC's ALT key is the Mac's CMD ("open apple") key for the most part.
3) Most MacOS X programs do not fully exit when you close them, which allows them to "re-open" much faster. MacOS X, being a powerful UNIX system at its core, has GREAT memory management so it's okay to leave these active-but-not-visible programs running all day if you like.
4) If an app does lock up (it happened to me a few times in OSX 10.2 and only once or twice in 10.3) you can still click off that program window and then click onto the Apple menu at upper-left and select "Force Quit". This is very similar to Windows' Task Manager and allows you to kill a stuck program.
5) Check out sites such as www.versiontracker.com and http://osx.hyperjeff.net/Apps/types.php for lots of MacOS X freeware and shareware programs.
6) And yes, if you do have a friend or colleage who runs Mac and also has Windows experience, ask them to if they'd be willing to answer the questions you'll have. I cannot tell you how valuable that was for me in the first few weeks with my Macintosh.
Oh and 7) Keep in mind that this is not an either/or situation. You CAN have both a PC and a Macintosh. I run mind through a KVM (keyboard, video, mouse) switch so that I can run both side by side on my desktop with only one monitor, keyboard and mouse.

I wish "crude analogy" would settle for a screen name. He is the same person as "RUNCIBLE 2.0" and "citizensane". If you go back and search for these aliases, you can find that he will have a conversation/support with himself.
Citizensane, crude analogy, Runcible 2.0, it's insulting to me when i look at your business card on your personal website and you call yourself a "writer, visionary, artist. Genius". I am a graphic designer and looking at your stuff I can say you are anything but an artist genius.
PS:
I think I am holding a grudge after you told me to kiss a rhyno's sphincter, when I have not even insulted you. Link. (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=16031)

about Ron Wayne, the third founder (more invester), who owned 10% of apple got nervous about their business and wanted ou. He then got his share bought back for $800. After apple got more investers and became apple computers inc, wayne got a portion of ~$5000 to prevent any future legal issues.
Had wayne stayed, he would of got over 1.5 mil shares of apple pre-ipo (i think 1.6 mil). So message to ron, you got know when to hold'em.
just wanted to throw this in.

It's always good to view things with a critical eye. Once the science is thoroughly proven, however, it's time to move on. Let's move on to solutions.
PS. I have a chicken coop in the backyard for rent to any Mexican or Floridian who can get his ass up here.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8732758134
No Obvious Dead Pixels.. short of getting a magnifiying glass and looking at each one i cant see anything. :)
The PowerMac G5 is still for sale @ 1650

I have sold lots of PC kit on eBay and also some Mac stuff :( and ive not had any complaints at all. When its stated its in Mint Condition, it meants Mint. :)

I did an app update in Cydia yesterday(PKGBackup and the other I cant recall) and after a restart my home button reverted back to ver3 or something. I no longer have double click functionality and I now have a home button setting in the general menu. Multifunction is totally turned off.
I tried add the multifunction enabler app to see if it would come back and no.
iPhone 4
ios 4.2.1
Cydia 1.1.1

is the break up in on your iPod or does it do the same thing in iTunes? if it plays the same in iTunes you can edit the song down (clip off the last second of silence that was imported) and they should play consecutivly. or does it only happen on the iPod?
