Consult with the attorney on alternate evidence. I believe USCIS in most cases does accept alternate forms of evidence. Not every company issues experience letter, so in this case alternate evidence should suffice provided you have enough of it. As mentioned above, I wouldn't bring up the bond issue. That'll potentially open up can of worms unnecessarily. A company is not obligated by law to issue experience letter.

This is just a humour but has a meaning underneath if you try to understand. I am comparing USCIS to a product selling company. If USCIS was a TV selling company what would happen to the customers the way it acts ?
You could buy a TV but you will not know when you will get it. It could be shipped the next week, the next month, next year or never.
The credit card will be charged once, may be charged twice or a valid CC may get rejected.
Somebody who buys a TV from USCSIS a 2 years after you do, he may get it sooner than you do.
USCIS has no way of knowing how many TVs have been ordered and how many of them are in stock.
In case you do not receive your TV in two years, USCIS acknowledges that there is a long wait time for some and does not do anything about it. USCIS thinks acknowledgment of wait time is more than enough that it has done for the customers. Customers did not deserve this but USCIS did a favour to them being a good "Customer Service" company

Is the varicella vaccine required ? I have not had chicken pox as a child. The blood work showed that I need a chicken pox vaccine.
I went to the county health department today , and they gave me shots for tetanus, MMR, PPD, and one shot for varicella. They said that I have to come back in 30 days for another shot of varicella.
I am not sure what my doctor will say to this when I meet him on July 24th. Also, is it possible for the doctor to provide an I-693 with a statement that the varicella shot will be completed later ?

I agree with you map_boiler. I have also seen from some other thread that some one with EB3/India/Apr 2004 PD got approval in July. If the July bulletin is void , How can they approve that ?

I am on H1-B since Aug2009 and last year I transferred around 40K USD to parents. All these transfers were spread over the year in the denominations of 5K per transaction.(As and when I saved money).
My question is, do I have to pay taxes in US on this money transferred to India. I know that my parents don't have to but I am not sure about myself.

If I have an advance parole valid till 01 Januray 2011 (for example) and I want to come back from India on 20 January 2011. I have applied a new advance parole for this journey. They will not care for us at all! And, one of the concerned politician/minister happens to meet one-on-one with Karl Rove, or any such powerful figure in the Bush Team! But here is something very interesting I just noticed from the list. A bunch of the approvals for July 2007 filers occurred during Jan-Feb 2008, but after that NOTHING!! I can only speculate that under some directive, they were ordered not to touch our cases after that timeframe. I *think* it was because they wanted to use up the EB2 visas, so they only worked on that moving forward, that's why ~ 80% of July-Aug EB2 140's have been processed so far.
But again I reiterate, many of us will see the silver lining & feel the sunshine this year, sometime in October, by the rays & grace of God. I must say, I have never felt this way before.
BTW There are also so many EAD/AP pending from 07/2007 as well, wonder why we are hearing grief over that?
