I guess EB3 will finally cross 2001 barrier in the next bulletin.
For Eb2, it will be like the new EB3. Just too many cases were filed in EB2 after 2005.

What is the use? EB3 had crossed into 2003 last year. Then they moved it back to 2001. Which means that they have a lot of applications pending from 2001, 2002.

I called USCIS and spoke to Nebraska IO and she said they are sorry some of these notices went out in error. She checked my case and said I am set and no need to panic.

You need to follow instructions. It makes no difference in processing time if your I-485 application is pending in NSC and based on instruction you need to apply in TSC and Vice Versa.
In fact I think, load sharing is going on. I applied I-765 at NSC but case is handled by MSC. Don't be surprized, that you apply at TSC and case being handled by other office.

Just FYI, the online status of my cases show that the receipts were sent on 08/31 and I haven't received them till now. Its almost 26 days now.

Wow, I am really excited about all the support!
I know that with the weather up north (yep, I am in the deep south) it may seem impossible to train/run/walk now, but you can run indoors on a treadmill, cross train on the elliptical machine and even use indoor running tracks. At my gym, I manage to do 8 mile training runs on the indoor track, guys that is 81 laps around this itty bitty track! :) Nutty? yes; but when you are motivated, you can find a way.
The three national events we pick can be for later in the year, but each Team IV member can run local events (weather permitting) accross the country. The fundraising can be 3 events per Team IV member per year. That would be in keeping with the 3 national events we pick.
My idea is for Team IV members to host a targetted fund raising campaign - which is divided into 3 events over the span of 1 year. I have a host of ideas to present on activities you can do and you only have to choose 3 of them for the year. We can get into these details after I run my ideas by the Coordinator Group.
I am going to set up the Group this week, so those who have responded to me, look out for my e-mail from my yahoo account.
Let me just say this much for now. I have run several long distance races over the past 10 years in the US and each and everytime that I have run for a cause, I found myself more motivated to train and I had more fun throughout the process.
Another point I should have made earlier. America today is concerned about obesity and "which is the fatest or more obese state in the nation". We are constantly seeing news articles and polls about these topics. Let it be know that the legal immigrant community of IV promotes a healthy lifestyle by its Team IV campaign. Another positive spin-off for our community and IV.

It is my understanding that many GC applicants do not need labor clearance. Nurses, EB1 folks etc. etc. So the total demand for GC = 30K labor cases + 100K non-labor cases. That would only leave 10K for retrogressed countries.
Due to the economic downturn there aren't many companies sponsoring GCs for employees. I doubt it would be more than 20 to 30k per year from now. This leaves 100-110k visas available every year for retrogressed countries like india and china
if there 300-400k pending GC applications in all categories then shouldn't all of us get our GC in next 3-4 years?

Just want to share the info that I have received the Permanent residency approval notice Y'day.
Have been here in us for more than 10 years. No more h1b renewals/ stamping, DL renewal issues/ EAD issues etc etc.

This database gives me an idea: Can someone who is good at programming extract all the data and build reports on how many labor certifications are there by category and by chargeability? IV tracker can also use this information to a certain extent. Unfortunately I am not a programmer so I cannot do it but I am sure for experienced programmer this should be a piece of cake.

Admin fix was the wrong thing to do anyways, else your Obama will create 101 rules that affect everyone, the check and balance system is a good thing for US
Admin fix should happen for small regulations not a big law like the CIR.

I checked my I-140 status online today and i saw Approval Notice Sent. Thank you everybody for your responses. my case details are EB3 I-140 applied Dec 2006. Received RFE to send copies of bachelors and masters degrees on Nov 15th 2007. Attorney responded to the RFE and case status changed to Received Response and case processing resumed on Nov 30th. Had soft lud's on Dec 2nd and Dec 3rd and Dec 6th. I hope this helps those waitin for approval after responding to RFE.

Looks like they have few set of replies and randomly selecting and sending those replied.
Ask them the detail of so called additional review through your congressman and you cant miss this window and the crap they are doing. Contact your local rep asap.
